Dr Jason Waple

Dr Jason Waple has been caring for patients at Balwyn Dental Group for over 20 years. After graduating from Otago University in New Zealand he worked as a House Surgeon in a Wellington Hospital before moving to private practise in England for several years. He moved to Melbourne in 1997 to join Balwyn Dental Group and is now the principal dentist. Jason is known for his fun sense of humour which helps to puts his clients at ease. His nurse of twelve years is Patsy who is highly skilled and professional but also fun and a delight to be with.

Dr Chris Boyle

Dr Chris Boyle received his bachelor degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Edinburgh. He is a highly experienced dentist with an interest in Endodontics, Restorative and Cosmetic surgery.

Dr Boyle is passionate about working with each patient to achieve optimum dental health. He is also committed to continuing his professional development by frequently attending dental conferences in order to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements.


Dr Claudia Braybon

Dr Claudia Braybon received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogota-Colombia) in 1998 and completed a postgraduate diploma in implant dentistry in 2006.

As a caring and committed dentist, she believes it is important to provide a positive dental experience with quality outcomes and therefore adopts an empathetic yet honest approach with her patients. This approach enables her patients to make informed decisions about the best treatment plan that will meet their expectations and deliver the highest quality results, whilst maintaining their overall oral health.

She is passionate about knowledge and continual improvement and therefore enjoys keeping up-to-date on all things dental, including current best-practice and emerging dental procedures. She enjoys restorative and cosmetic work including implants as well as orthodontic treatments.

Dr Braybon is a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), International Team of Implantology (ITI), The Australian Prosthodontic Society (APS) and a certified Invisalign provider.

Miss Sierra King

Sierra’s dental journey began in 2011 as a dental assistant, quickly attaining Certificates III and IV in Dental Assisting. Her desire to treat patients led her to become an Oral Health Therapist, completing her Bachelor Degree at Charles Sturt University in 2016.

Having completed her qualifications, Sierra has been helping patients of all ages with their oral health needs. Certainly, some of Sierra’s strengths are her ability to treat both adults and children with a very gentle and caring approach with high attention to detail.

She is very passionate about oral health, ensuring that all our patients are treated with the utmost care and dedication. As an oral health therapist Sierra provides our patients with routine gum care and maintenance, and also treats children, teens and young adults for preventative and restorative care.

Ronni Manoa

Ronni has been a registered Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist for over 20 years; however her career in dentistry began in 1987 as a Dental Assistant. Ronni graduated with a Diploma of Dental Therapy in 1997 and an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2001. In 2016 she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Oral Health.

Ronni treats each patient as an individual and gives the best treatment she can while educating and informing patients of their current oral health. As an Oral Health Therapist Ronni provides our adult patients with routine gum care and maintenance and also treats children for preventative and restorative care.Ronni has a caring, gentle and relaxed chair side manner. Her attention to detail is outstanding, providing excellent treatment to all our patients.
